We are an independent retailer and, unless explicitly stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the brand owners featured on our website. All brand names, product names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

What We Sell — Unboxed Units

The fragrances we sell are genuine, original manufacturer products supplied in an unboxed format. It is important to understand what this means before you order:

• The bottle and the fragrance are genuine — the same original product from the manufacturer.
• Unboxed means the bottle is supplied without its original branded outer retail box. You receive the authentic bottle itself, not the full retail gift packaging.
• Because they are supplied without the premium retail box, these units are offered at a lower price than fully boxed retail versions.

Our Commitment

We do not sell counterfeit, replica, imitation, or fake goods presented as branded products. Every item we list is intended to be 100% authentic, original manufacturer stock. The only difference from standard retail is the absence of the outer retail box, as described above.

How We Source Our Inventory

We source our stock through established wholesale and distribution channels. Our inventory is obtained from trade suppliers that supply genuine branded products for retail sale.

Our Authenticity Controls

• We retain supplier invoices and stock-purchase records for compliance and verification purposes.
• We do not decant, refill, relabel, or tamper with the fragrance inside the bottles. The bottles are genuine and their contents are untouched.
• Products are supplied as genuine bottles in an unboxed format, as clearly described on this page and on the relevant product pages.
• We review each product's condition and general presentation before dispatch.
• We investigate any authenticity concern raised by a customer through our support team.

Batch Codes & Packaging Variation

Many fragrance products include manufacturer batch codes that assist with product traceability. Packaging, labels, or batch presentation may vary between production runs. Slight variations in packaging do not necessarily indicate that a product is not genuine.
