At Perfume Bazaar, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, transparent, and completely worry-free. This page covers everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, delivery, and what to do if something goes wrong.
We ship through trusted courier partners including Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We do not charge any restocking fee on returned items.
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.
🚚 Free Shipping on Every Order
We offer free shipping across India on every single order — no minimum order value, no hidden charges, no strings attached. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
📦 Order Processing Time
We process and dispatch orders on business days — Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Order before 11:00 AM (IST) — your order will be processed the same or next business day
- Order after 11:00 AM (IST) — your order will be processed the following business day
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day
Once your order is packed and ready, we'll hand it over to our courier partner and send you a tracking number right away.
🕐 Delivery Timeline
Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect it to arrive within:
- Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune) — 2 to 3 business days
- Other cities & towns — 3 to 5 business days
- Remote or rural areas — up to 7 business days
These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and factors beyond our control such as weather or public holidays.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for most locations across India. Here's how it works:
- After placing a COD order, our team will call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order before dispatching
- Please keep an eye on your phone — if we're unable to reach you, your order may be held or cancelled
- Once confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched on the next available business day
- Payment is collected at the time of delivery — please keep the exact amount ready

📍 Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. Here's how you can track it:
- Use the tracking number sent to your WhatsApp or email to track your delivery in real time
- You can also track your order anytime using your Order Number on our Track Your Order page
- If you haven't received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us
✏️ Changing Your Delivery Address
Need to update your delivery address after placing an order? No problem — just contact us before your order is dispatched and we'll update it for you immediately.
Once the order has been dispatched and is with the courier, we may not be able to change the address. In that case, we'll do our best to assist you through the courier's redirection service.

⏳ Order Running Late?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, here's what to do:
- Check your tracking number — use it to see the latest status of your shipment
- Contact us — if the tracking shows no movement for more than 48 hours, reach out to us immediately
- We investigate — we'll raise a complaint with the courier on your behalf and follow up daily
- We keep you updated — we'll inform you of every update until your order is delivered or resolved
Please contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of dispatch.
📦 Damaged Parcel
We take great care in packaging every order, but occasionally damage can occur during transit. Here's exactly what to do:
- If the parcel looks damaged at delivery — try to refuse the delivery and contact us immediately
- If you've already accepted it — don't worry. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your photos and order number
- We'll raise a claim with the courier on your behalf
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — once the courier completes their investigation
Important: Please do not discard the damaged packaging — we may need photos of it for the courier's claim process.
🔍 Lost Package
In the rare case that your parcel goes missing, here's our process:
- Contact us as soon as you suspect your order is lost
- We'll investigate with the courier and track down the last known location of your package
- If the package is found — we'll ensure it's delivered to you as soon as possible
- If the package is confirmed lost — we'll arrange a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer
We take full responsibility for lost packages and will do everything in our power to make it right for you.

Not satisfied with your purchase? We've got you covered. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Here's a quick summary:
- The bottle must be unused and unsealed
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- We'll arrange a free pickup from your doorstep
- Refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the return
