- Keep your phone reachable — if we're unable to reach you within 24 hours, your order may be held or cancelled
- Order is dispatched — once confirmed, we'll pack and dispatch your order on the next available business day

- Pay at delivery — hand the exact cash amount to the delivery person when your order arrives
Important COD Guidelines
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery — our delivery partners may not carry change
- COD orders require phone or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch — unconfirmed orders will not be shipped
- COD may not be available for all pin codes — contact us on WhatsApp to check availability for your area
- Repeated cancellations or refusals of COD orders may result in COD being unavailable for future orders from your account
- For COD refunds (in case of returns or issues), we will collect your bank account details and transfer the amount via NEFT/IMPS within 10 business days
🧾 Order Confirmation
After successfully placing your order, here's what to expect:
- Prepaid orders — you will receive an instant order confirmation via WhatsApp and/or email as soon as payment is completed
- COD orders — confirmation will be sent after our team verifies your order via call or WhatsApp
- If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 hours of placing a prepaid order, please contact us immediately
- Always check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox
❌ Payment Failures
Sometimes online payments can fail due to network issues, bank declines, or session timeouts. Here's what to do:
- Check your bank account or UPI app — verify whether the amount has been debited
- If debited but no order confirmation received — contact us immediately with your payment screenshot or UTR number
- If not debited — simply try placing the order again or try a different payment method
- We will investigate — if a payment was debited but the order wasn't confirmed, we will resolve it within 24–48 hours
- Refund if applicable — if the payment went through but we cannot fulfil the order, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days

- Refunds are always returned to the original payment method — we do not issue refunds to a different account
Cash on Delivery Orders
- Our team will contact you to collect your bank account details (account name must match your order name)
- Refund will be transferred via NEFT / IMPS within 10 business days of return receipt
- We will send you a confirmation once the transfer is initiated

- Before dispatch — contact us immediately and we'll cancel your order and issue a full refund with no questions asked
- After dispatch — we are unable to cancel orders once they have been handed to the courier. You may initiate a return once the order is delivered
