Unsatisfied with your fragrance? Exchange it.
If the fragrance you received isn't quite right for you — whether the scent, intensity, or longevity doesn't match your expectations — you can exchange it for a different fragrance of equal or higher value within 30 days of delivery. You only pay the price difference, if any.

We arrange pickup of the original item
Our team schedules a courier pickup from your location at no extra charge. Pack the item securely with the atomizer seal intact.
We inspect and dispatch your replacement
After receiving and inspecting the item (2–3 business days), we ship your chosen replacement. If the new fragrance costs more, we'll collect the difference first.
Items we cannot exchange
Items returned after 30 days · Items with broken or missing atomizer seal · Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer · Items not in original condition
Conditions for returns
Unused & unsealed
The bottle must be unused. Since our perfumes are sold unboxed, please ensure the atomizer seal is fully intact.
Within 30 days
Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this window cannot be processed.
Proof of purchase
Please have your order confirmation or receipt handy when contacting us to initiate a return.
Original condition
The bottle must be in the same condition as received — no scratches, damage, or missing components.
Items we cannot accept back
For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Reach out within 30 days of delivery via WhatsApp, email, or phone. Let us know your order details and what's gone wrong — we'll take it from there.
We arrange pickup
Our team will guide you and schedule a convenient pickup from your location. No need to figure out shipping on your own.
Pack & send
Pack your fragrance securely to prevent damage in transit. Our courier will collect it from you at a time that suits you.
We inspect & refund
Once received, we'll inspect within 2–3 business days and process your refund without delay. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Special cases
Damaged, defective, or wrong item?
We cover all return shipping costs. You won't pay a single rupee. Contact us immediately with photos if possible and we'll make it right.
Changed your mind before shipping?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately on WhatsApp (+91 82172 31078) and we'll cancel it for you right away. It's that simple.
European Union customers
EU shoppers have additional rights under the 14-day cooling-off period. You may return or cancel for any reason within 14 days — no justification needed. Same conditions apply: unused, sealed, with proof of purchase.
Refund timeline & method
After receiving and inspecting your return (2–3 business days), if approved your refund is processed within 10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect it.
Credit / Debit card
Refund appears on your card statement within 3–7 business days after processing.
UPI / Bank transfer
Refund sent to your original UPI ID or bank account used during checkout.
Cash on delivery
We collect your bank account details (must match order name) and transfer the refund directly.
Refund delayed?
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received the refund, contact us immediately — we'll investigate and resolve it right away.
